F11 for most people will make the page fullscreen. It will remove the tabs on top, address bar and tool bar on the bottom (speaking for windows only here). This will then move the images on the screen around slightly. When held, it will alternate quickly, making thing seem to vibrate or shake. If you aren't seeing that, I don't know your configuration. Also, if you're asking about 1 single comic, please only quote that comic. Or better yet, replace everything with a short description. Especially people on mobile devices will thank you, because they don't need to scroll past 3 or 4 screens of content they saw literally one post earlier.
