    [WIP] Bio Ulay the Serpent

    Name: Ulay

    Age: 24

    Race: Gurubashi Jungle Troll

    Gender: Male

    Class: hunter/rogue

Personality: calm, does not talk much, a bit paranoid, does not trust easily, curious never the less. A bit superstitious and a faithful loa servant

Likes: snakes, hunting, experimenting with poisons, playing with his prey

    Dislikes: noise, crowded places

    Appearance: Screenie
Usual sized for a troll, Ulay has the skin around his eyes tattooed in black. On his lower lip and chin he has a tattoo of 2 white fangs painted beneath his short tusks.
His upper body is also tattooed with white snakes. He has long green hair. He usually wears a Hood and a scarf covering his face, and an armor out of black and shimmering very dark green leather, reinforced with various tusks and bones, most of them are blackened with fire. Black and deep blue cloth straps are tightened around the armor with their ends dangling from the trolls arms and legs, for camouflage purposes. He has 2 bone kukris hidden in his armor as well as an assortment of poisoned throwing knifes. There are also some pockets in the armor where he hides little poisonous snakes, when he is hunting. He is accompanied by Damba, a huge serpent that is as cunning and deadly as her master. She is of blue and black color with white markings on her inner hood, that can only be seen when she attacks.

    Strengths:
excellent with throwing weapons, slightly above average skill when using bows, bonds easily with reptiles especially snakes, very resistant to poisons and pain. Good tracking skills and excellent camouflage/stealth skills. Knows a great deal about animal and plant poisons and remedies.

    Weaknesses:
superstitious, bit claustrophobic and tends to panic in crowded places.

    History:
Born into the Gurubashi empire as a servent of Venoxxis's priests. He was a Hunter for their supplies. When he killed a huge snake and brought it as a sacrifice to Hethiss (Snake Loa) the priests feared he would surpass them so they tried to kill him and his family. But what no one knew he learned about another loa from an old troll that later turned out to be a shadowhunter. The Loa of Serpents and treachery, Dambala was revered by a selected few and the old Shadowhunter showed him a few of his tricks, he also was the one that tattooed Ulay's body with the symbols of the Loa. That was why Ulay became such a great hunter. The Shadow Hunter hoped that the giant snake was an embodiment of Dambala and he would get the opportunity to train Ulay in his art. To worship the Loa that helped him with this kill even more Ulay hatched the single egg out of the snakes nest that wasn't destroyed in his fight with her. The little snake alarmed her master and he was able to survive the priest's attempt on his life unlike his family. He fled Zul'Gurub and never was able to begin his training as a shadow hunter. He then continued to serve his Loa by acting out a headhunt on Venoxxis' priests. He perfected the art of stealth and treachery and while he was hitting on a target in Booty Bay he made aquaintances with Dauric, and elven Ranger. He was the first one to match Ulay's skills and he saw an opportunity to learn. That is why he followed the elf to Ashenvale, where he lead a gang of renegade rangers that terrorized everybody that trespassed in the woods, no matter if Horde or alliance. The conflict escalated when the Twilight Hammer intervened and with much casualties on both sides Ulay decided to call it quits and returned to Stranglethorn. In the meantime the Gurubashi Empire was strengthened again, and Ulay felt it was his duty to continue his hunt. While he was assassinating the servants of the new Venoxis, the Troll made acquaintances with some of the Darkspear trolls that fought his former tribesmen. Ulay then loosely allied with the Horde but kept his Camp in the jungles of Stranglethorn were he still was close to his pray. He sometimes visits Booty Bay now pretending to be a Darkspear, to get provisions and started to socialize a little bit since he missed the gang of Rangers from his days in Ashenvale.

Pretty cool. Don't see many Trolls roleplaying here anymore (I hate not being crowded. Believe it or not, we used to be a busy forum!)

Yeah that turned out to be the story of my first wow Character ever. Never got a cool story for him till I read up on the Loas. That is where that bored late night WoWPedia reading ended in.
