Poweraura for ToL active

I have a Poweraura showing my (3 min) cooldown for ToL. I'd like to add an aura to show an active countdown timer while I'm in ToL. I'm sure I was just having a brainfart when I was trying to set it up but anyone have a suggestion for this?

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is to make an aura for the ToL 'buff'. Then, under 'timer', check the box that says "show time since activation". This counts up though, so you'll need know to look for when it reaches 30-40 seconds (depending on talents).

Edit: ignore that^ All you have to do is make a normal 'buff' aura and enable the timer. Make sure "alive" is checked, "cast by me" is checked, but everything else but what spec you're in is UNCHECKED on the activation page.
