I had my stave on my actionbars for a long time as well. It was a good change when they finally removed that from starter chars.

First, let's say proper raid, was Karazahn, it's still my favorite with that medieval or gothy music and that feeling of crumbling reality you have around the upper reaches of that tower. People back there we much nicer and friendlier, some helped me attune I did it with another guild, as I didn't know of that... 'saving'. I was thinking like. "Run out, reset all instances! lol!" :s It was good weeks until someone told me!

Absolutely no raid equalized Kara, only there you go to the opera and feel so involved in the stageplay, or go to the ballroom to brawl. Or playing Alliance vs horde chess. Ah yes, and picking up books that turn you into a worgen or summon spirits to heal you!

Even now I go solo it.

UBRS, was pretty cool, as my mage Razzione.

Same week I did MC for the first time. I was absolutely stunned by the sheer epicness of the instance.
Too bad my interwebs said "poof" that same evening.

Magtheridon's Lair was the first raid I ever did.
They also let me be one of the 10 clickers (for the rotation) even though I specifically said I never raided before.
Luckily, I never failed and got accepted in the guild that took me there

My first raid ever was Karazhan, on a crappy level 70 Draenei Elemental Shaman in full green.
I had only just dinged level 70, so I wasn't successful... Since I was only a noob throughout most of BC, I only cleared Karazhan once, and never stepped into an other raid in BC!

First real Raid(-Instance)... I don't know, but I was in Molten Core at level 59 (and we managed to kill Lucifron, hurray!)
