how to fix frost mage in pvp

I dont want to QQ or anything but ther is my suggestion to fix frost mage in pvp
first of all , remove the ability '' pet freeze '' and make finger of frost proc from something else for the sake of pve
increase the cd on blink to 30sec when you take Ice barrier talent
like its been said by blue post reduce frozen duration by 30-50%
also a small cooldown on polymorph would be nice like 8 sec
with the upcoming mastery change i dont think they need to nerf ice lance / frostfire bolt

i think this way mage will be more balanced.
