    Need your advice about talent "burning soul"

    The first tier talent in fire tree, is that worth 3 points or not, and possibly why?

    1. Frost - PvP
    2. Arcane - PvE

    Yes for every spec. Why? Because there is always raid damage and pushback = less damage.
