BOA - Arcanums bugged? Require reputation on alt aswell

Hi!

As people with alts may have noticed the Arcanums are Bind to Account (Arcanum of Hyjal, Ramkahen etc..), but when you send them to an alt, they still require reputation so you are unable to use them, until you grind the same reputation again. It defeats the whole purpose of it being bind to account and is not following the WOTLK model with Hodir boa shoulder enchants that only required one char to have the required reputation, and it's a pain in the ass grinding the same rep on all chars

What I was wondering is, have any of you ticketed this, and what answers have you gotten from our GMs? If you haven't ticketed it would be great if u did since there doesn't seem to be a fix coming ? I have ticketed it twice, and the GMs both give different answers.
The first GM stated it was "working as intended" (could be that he only meant that therazane was intended to not be BOA since I asked that aswell at the same time..), the second one answered that the dev. department was working on a fix, but I still can't see it in patch notes and it's not hot fixed. There are comments about this on battle net and on respective arcanums on wowhead, so it's apparently a common problem..

Is therazane (the new "hodir") suppose to be epic quality and not BOA?
Are the arcanums that are BOA suppose to require rep on all toons that use them and not just one like in WOTLK? And why are they BOA in that case?

Would love to have a blue answer on this one, since the GM's give me different answers and I do not see this in any hot fixes or PTR patch notes, or an explanation of how they are thinking?

The rep issue is being fixed in 4.06. So, just wait until then.

You will most likely have to wait till 4.0.6 if you want to mail them to your alts, it looks like they fixed the error on the PTR.

Already ticketed, known issue, fix soon.

They werent even BoA on launch, that got added few days after. And the rep requeriment was a Wooops on their part.

I noticed this issue too. I have several arcanums that i bought for different level 85's that I can't use. I had started doing different faction reps based on getting these boa's.

Talked to a GM in-game and they stated it is bugged and are working on fixing it...no idea though when.
