My money is on invincible. As long as we make it to colonising new worlds we'll survive. When a new self sustaining colony is formed we'll be safe since the chances of cataclysmic race killing events happening faster than we can make new colonies is relatively low
Other than that, it would have to be supremely malevolant genocidal aliens.
