I'm not seeing an updated tooltip or announcement of this change anywhere either.
A more than double increase to SP sounds a tad bit ridiculous.

To be fair Gherkin, that isn't an updated tool tip either cause it still shows the 10% Mana and not the Current 3% Health

Don't forget Demonic Aegis now increases the healing effect of Fel Armor by 50/100.

That's huge.

uhm.. u get now with 110k hp (2,2k hp x 2 with demo) every 5 sec. With new fel armor u have to do 14.666 dmg / second (demo) to achieve same amount of hp (with single target spells.) Every1 who plays pvp knows it will be impossible. It is not huge, and it also sucks more than 10% mana for pvp and pve.
