New Ring for Valor Points? Hornet-Sting Band

I've seen Hornet-Sting Band on the blue post and the item on wowhead cannot be disenchanted. Does someone know if we will get the ring for valor points, because there is no one with agi?

Quite likely that this was the case, but Blizzard has fielded so many complaints about the lack of a valor ring that they finally caved and added one.
