I'm sure that more people then me have had this "problem". You have been doing something for too long and lost track of time or you have been working longer than usual and just got home and it's almost time to raid and you need to eat something. Only problem is there is nothing in the fridge or freezer. This keeps happening to me and I'm starting get tired of my solution.
My emergency food is usually a tuna sandwich. It's fast to throw together and it usually doesn't mess up my keyboard when I eat at my comp.
What is your "oh crap I need to eat before the raid" food?

I eat my food with in 15minutes with ez and even do the dishes ofc i order food then at some chinees place around the corner

Usually I have a some left overs from some pizza in the fridge for clutch moments like these.

I just have my wife make me something and bring it to the comp she knows the importance of raiding

As a poor student living alone my fridge and freezer is usually empty anyway so I do what I do most days, I don't eat dinner at all.

Eggs or fries when i really need to get going, but often 15min is enough to make a decent meal (if not, bread will do). If I'm too lazy, I just order a pizza :P
