    Well the enchanting mats aren't all that expensive, justice points whise, I mean a blue item costs between 900 and 2200 justice points and you only get 1 shard out of that so I see that 1200 JP for 1 shard is quite reasonable, but the rest I also find a bit overpriced and not worthy spending so much honor/jp on.

    From what I've read before this (Blue posts et.c.), these items are merely for when you're capped and want something to spend points on. They're not meant to be a cost-effective way of getting profession materials.

    Name's Blizzard, I hate enchanters.

    Given the materials being offered, all this will do is tank the market for enchanting mats. Enchanting is already stupid expensive to level, the addition of the DE button drove the prices down substantially and this will further tank the prices.

    So in Blizzards mind 2500 JP = 70-80g (20 embersilk cloth)?

    I've been justice capped for two weeks now with nothing to spend it on, just from running guildies through randoms. This gives me something to burn justice on. I have no complaints about the prices at all.

    I imagine this thread will be 20 pages of people going "WTF PRICES SO HIGH" even though they announced last week the prices would be very high.
    Indeed, as the price is there to avoid you wasting points beyond the cap, not to give you alternate farming methods.

    I find it odd that Blizzard has now set a more precise value on trade goods, this early into the expansion.

    Would been nice if you could buy Chaos Orbs, for 4k each or so. I mean, you need to do heroics to get them anyhow...either for JP or through drop.

    Prices are a bit lol, but I see the point. Better spend JP on anything than nothing at all, as in my case last 4 weeks.

    everyone is all about the JP just go Honor grind and save your JP for the next patch

    I think the price of the Embersilk is way too high, honestly that's about 10 minutes of grinding or so. (JP not Honor, Honor's not that bad). Doesnt look "so" bad tho.

    HOLD THE LINE GC! DON'T CAVE! Rebalance, clarify, and tweak the instances, but keep the hope alive of heroics being their own worthwhile tier! We (mature players taking a long view to the product) believe in you!

    DON'T CAVE!

    Can't believe some people still qq'ing about dungeons difficulty..
    Normal = easy
    Heroic = Medium-Hard
    And still Heroics are far from being too hard.. They felt perfectly tuned to me when I did them in greens. I completed every heroics by December 10th.

    Is this a joke? 1000 honor (takes a few hours) for 20 ores? worth around 60 gold... nice blizz.

  15. #35
    I wouldn't say they've set a "precise value" on anything. It's like the experience from mining, herbing, and archeology: Nice, convenient, makes you feel like spending time doing those things isn't a complete waste, but not nearly as efficient for leveling as actually grinding quests and dungeons.

    This is far more efficient than purchasing an OH for the sake of vendoring it.

    Wait wait wait
    " Enchanting is already stupid expensive to level, the addition of the DE button drove the prices down substantially and this will further tank the prices."

    How can you say that Enchanting is stupid expensive to level, then say that the raw material prices are too low?

    I leveled up enchanting when it was STUPID expensive, and still got all my money back after one week of DE'ing heroics.

    Plus if you think that doing 4+ heroics for one shard is going to change any prices even in endgame, I think you are very wrong.

    Not working that way. When new tier is added, your Justice Points will be replaced with your current VP. And your VP will be set to 0. So if you have 4000 JP and 1000 VP, you will now have 1000 JP and 0 VP.

    Hi,

    well the prices are really way too high. To farm a pile of cloth you need like 2-4 minutes. In order to farme those JPs you need more like 4-6 hours (!) worth of heroics.

    As an enchanter it probably better to buy those 900 JP blues and dissenchant them for a chance of an crystal. With the next tier, you could buy those epics and also diss. them.

    bye

    that embersilk is a bloody ripoff. not even fanboy raging, ive maxed first aid already, that is like half a run of grim batols worth for 4 or 5 times the jp. thats an obscene rip-off. at least the other, especially the herbs or ore if you can prospect can make a profit on the AH but 2500 for 20 embersilk cloth? thats even a rip off for the tailors, even more so when they get the buff for more cloth to drop. bloody hell.
