I will tell you that there is an appeals process. If you've never been banned you probably aren't aware of it. All the mods including the admins participate in voting on if the ban was justified or not. If something like this happened, it would likely be overturned. We do take each appeal seriously, provided the person appealing is serious.

Elysia is my favorite... From what I do know of her (I believe a her) She's pretty good at making my sigs.
