Bane of Agony vs. BoD (Destruction)

Hello,
I am just wandering ....in raid with 42 % haste isn't it better to use BoA instead of BoD , since BoD(as far as i know) is not affected by haste and BoA is.
This mean 4-5 more extra tick on BoA?

I am not sure about it, just poped up in my mind last night... what do you think?

well have you tried it yet? maybe simed it also, but i think it might not be the case still
