Disc priest BiS list?

I've been looking around but i've yet to find an actual best in slot list for disc, anyone know where I might find one that includes the mastery soft cap, etc?

BIS gear for disc would vary tremendously based on individual role (tank- vs raid-prioritized healing), subspec (normal vs atonement), raid buffs (presence of haste buff), and what your other raid healers are. Also... mastery doesn't really have a soft cap - at least, there's no real way a cap would apply until you reached a point that your basic healing spells would cap out DA, a problem with which we don't have to be concerned with for a long, long time if ever.

Doesn't help with a BiS list, but stack less haste than holy.

I find a good mix of all three secondary stats (Crit/Haste/Mastery) works quite well. I have slightly more haste than everything else as I tend to alternate holy for some encounters (Chimaeron, Atremedes, Magmaw etc.)

You want to go:

Int > Spirit > Haste* > Mastery > Crit for Raid Healing.
Int > Spirit > Crit** > Mastery*** > Haste.

*As much haste as possible for Raid Healing, because we're horrible healers while moving, so you need to maximize your time spent casting.
** Raise crit to ~30% (15% on character panel, +10% from grace/weakened soul, +5% from raid buff).
*** Get mastery high enough so your critical strikes are effectively 200%.
