aaah, those have always been there. I didn't know they had survived the Cataclysm though.
You used to be able to swim there before Cataclysm blocked everything off with invisible walls.

yeah all these walls r making it harder to find neat stuff, they even walled off Island of Doctor Lapidis and Gillijim's Isle
