It seem's in the past week i have been getting disconnecting from my character to the point of having to alt-tab out and start WOW again. I know when it's happening because spells dont work and mobs just stand there. Anyone know any fix for this?

When it's not doing that, do you find your framerate to be really low? Sometimes you just need to lower your graphics settings because lagging hard can cause weird shit to happen.

No, i run it at high with about 40-60 all the time. I've had it done to me on a raid and a few dungeons. If it continues like this until 4.06 i think i will go nuts.

Sounds almost like connectivity issues, possible firewall, internet, or hardware.
