Vortex Pinnacle, it's just so damn hard like the mechanics like omg, the first boss is a nightmare.

Throne of the Tides is also incredibly difficult, you need really good interrupts.

Hardest to do with a pug is Grim Batol (I don't know why people can't handle dps'ing the adds)
With my guild none of them seem very hard, though a few bosses here and there were tough til we got it down, and got out of greens.

None of them are nearly as bad as H: HoR day of release in a random but out of the cata ones i would say Grim Batol because people have problems with fire AND cave-ins on second boss

I would say Stonecore, it isn't really hard but if you make any mistakes on ozruck as a tank, you're dead.

Deadmines have, or more like had some pretty brutal trash pulls.

Grim Batol and Stonecore are both VERY easy if your group isn't retarded. My favourites really, since they need you to actually do something.

The boat bosses aren't exactly easy and actually require a certain amount of dps or your screwed.

With the right gear all Heroics are facerolls now.
