POWA and DoT tick addons.

Hey,

Does anyone know how to set up POWA (Classic) to show when a specific buff as a certain amount of time remaning? For example, I'd like to get POWA to show me when there's ~3 seconds left on my ISF.

I also heard Gherkin mention an addon that can show you the ticks on your DoTs. Anyone know what it's called?
