    A little confused? Hit Caps.

    Now here is a quote of the hit caps. I just need my thoughts confirmed. ... . . . .. . .

    3/3 Precision 241 (2%) 1127 (11%) 2523 (21%)
    2/3 Precision 481 (4%) 1332 (13%) 2763 (23%
Now. I have 1294 hit on my char but it only shows as 10.77% improved hit chance. But the charts states that 1127 is needed for 11% hit.

Now as the value of hit is different from the three examples. 241(2%) is 120.5 hit per percentage. 2523 (21%) is 120.14 hit per percentage point. Fine close enough. But 1127 (11%) is 102.45 hit per pecentage point.

So my question. Is the hit for poisons based on a different Hit? IE caster spell hit? And that is lower than melee hit right? SO regarless of what % is displayed I need 1127 hit to cap Spells...end of. .... right?

Does that BS make sense? It should do and I assume i am right just wanted to confirm.

Yes, poisons are based off of spell hit. You need (overall) 17% spell hit to never miss boss level monsters with spells (i.e. poisons)
