    Question about Strength and soul

    Hey! As you can see by all these changes to strength and soul here n there, changed effect etc etc.
    So i saw this last change on the talent that it only proc's on Inner Focus? I am seeing right or i am confused, does it still give shield the immune effects ?

    Sorry if this has been asked before, i just couldnt figure it out :s

    You only get the "immunity" effects after casting Inner Focus, as opposed to every time you cast PW:S.
