Watch log add on

I'm looking for a good watch log add on that tracks, well everything that goes on in the raid.
Something like
Magmaw fight:
Who got attacked by the parasites

Defense system:
Who didn't attack the add's
Who stood to close on electron
Who stood in the green cloud

Stuff like that, just to track what people are doing wrong or keep a eye on stuff.
