Okay, so i just logged on after the new patch and was looking at the discipline talents and noticed that Rapture rank 3/3 gives 6% mana when PW:S is removed.
I am probably wrong, but wasn't this giving 2.5% mana before 4.0.6? I didn't see anything in the patch notes about it.

No it was changed a long time ago, the patch only gave us a correct tooltip.
Edit : In the patchnote, "Priest bug fixes"
Rapture's tooltip now has the correct percentages listed.

It got changed somewhere during the 2nd week of cataclysm. So did the holy regen and both pvp talents.
