Hey guys, my guild REALLY needed healers so I leveled up my priest and geared her out as fast as possible. Last night was my first raid and not only was I learning how to heal all over again. I was having to deal with new key binds, shit on the ground, and a very non-optimized UI. Got hit by Flame Pillar a couple times and also didn't realize I had the electric debuff on omnomnitron. I blame it mostly on my (unfamiliar) key bindings and (un-optimized) UI. My key bindings just take time but my UI I have to replace.
It would greatly help me if you guys can post your UI's that are very clean (able to have 25m grid/healbot/raid frames and see stuff on the ground).

if you want ridiculously clean you could try Aliena's from tankspot website.. just watch the magmaw/al'akir videos to see it..
I tried it for a bit but since I play priest/hunter/druid I needed something a little more versatile..
