is this true?

i know EJ doesnt rank it that high, but wasnt it buffed recently as well?

I've never trusted Maxdps.com It's very possible it was buffed. Just wait for EJ to update their info. Or get a card and see if the ICD was changed.

im thinking maybe maxdps doesnt take into consideration hit caps and whatnot...it could be recommending items based on the assumption that youre already hit and exp capped.

i guess we will have to wait until EJ updates ;/

Prestor's Talisman Heroic is BiS atm, I can't see DMC beating it, and there is no way that Tia's Grace beats it.

This makes me very happy :P considering I got one before patch. Would really like a confirmation on these EP values though as I don't see how Essence of the cyclone (Critical strike proc) would be better then Prestor's talisman of machination (haste proc) based on current stat EP values.
