There is a druid in my raid that kites it the whole time he pops his sprint then rocket boots...then we have a shaman go in ghost wolf and rocket boot the next one then druid again ect.

You should just let the first dude the boss targets to kite it until it becomes too fast and then bang the gong once - works for us in both modes
