The graphics card is a bit on the low side, a bump to a 5770, 6850, or a GTX 460 would do you well. Also, is there any listed brand or model for the power supply?

It sounds decent enough, and should run WoW with high-ultra settings with over 40 FPS just fine.

Nejji has a good point though, is there a model on a lot of the parts? if not is it a pre-built, and if so how much are you spending? A setup like that you shouldn't be paying over ~$700, unless it comes with a nice new monitor too.

In 25-man raids with high settings on 1920x1080 monitor around 25-30fps, both CPU and graphics card will get capped around there.

    Trolling should be.

That build will run WoW fine on any settings outside of 25 man raids. The CPU is pretty weak for 25s, but it will still run it pretty well on lower settings. Graphics card is close to all you need for WoW, but if you can, you should upgrade it to a 5770 which shouldn't cost you more than $20-30 if you are able to customize it. A 945 or 955 phenom CPU would also be a very nice upgrade that will let you run WoW flawlessly at max settings.
