Is the Arcane spec dead?

Having tried the search function, I cant find an Arcane thread here nor on EJ (the thread there is pre Cata release). From that I surmise Arcane isnt currently viable for raiding but is that the case? I still have a long way to go to get to i359 but Im open to critique/suggestions on my build/gear. Is there a better rotation than AB x 4, AM?
