You know what, the difference between stump, bell and mirror is so small its not even going to be a difference for you. Since you cannot reforge mirror, you may have hit problems, so use either of the other two. Bell is slightly above stump, but will grant less hit.

And why? Because almighty simcraft tell us so. You're talking about 50 dps+- after all, who cares...

If you had an "on use" trinket available, those are can be more usefull on certain fights even if sims show lower dps, but you dont have figurine available.

I use DM:V and Bell reforged to haste. I find my dps is higher then when I was using mirror.
