Thrash nerf?

Datamined data is unreliable, etc. Nevertheless, the 4.1 datamining is showing that Thrash is getting about a 20% nerf, while Mangle and Maul are getting ~10% buffs.

Can someone please give me some evidence that this is just plain wrong? As far as I understood it, bears are still sucking at AoE compared to other tanks, while I've never had a problem with single-target threat (other than after the major threat nerf before they rebuffed mangle&maul some).

Why nerf thrash? My current hopeful-theory is that they will be making thrash available to low-levels finally, and that the new "version" of Thrash isn't the one scaled for level 85s. =/
