Question regarding retribution gear selection

So I'm somewhat confused on what to choose here.

Head:
Helm of Easeful Death or
Daybreaker Helm with reforge of c.

Boots:
Waywatcher's Boots or
Boots of Sullen Rock again with reforge.

What do you think?

Prot gear is still pretty good if you don't have anything better.

Agreed...the Hyjal exalted tank cloak is better than any 346 dps cloak when reforged. Cheap too...
