Hi, im coming off a 2month break of WoW (not by choice), was wondering if anyone has a link for the Pre raid BiS for combat and assassination, i remeber there being one, just dont remember where/how to find it , thanks if any help can be provided.

no matter what anyone else says, it is extremely worth it to look into the LW crafted epics they will help you get the DPS you want / need for raids

also, based on tests... Assassination comes out to be the top DPS spec if you factor in the execution phase of 35% health or below ... then Combat (around 4% lower or so) and then subtlety

Agreed, though I'd get Fluid Death over Key to the Endless if you want to include valor point items.

Pre-raid BiS neck, imo, is the JC crafted one (brazen elementium medallion - http://www.wowhead.com/item=52350). It has 138 agi, but a red socket with an agi bonus (which brings it up to 188 agi, 2 agi less than a 359 epic with no socket, and 20 more agi than any other 346 blue, which is more than enough to compensate for the crit).

The crafted epic belt is also a great investment if you have the gold/time to farm. It will last you until heroic raids.

And yes, Skardyn's Grace is crappy. Get Key to the Endless Chamber or Left Eye of Rajh (and replace with Fluid Death with your first 1650 valor points). Darkmoon Card: Hurricane is also pretty good if you're a rich man.
