He wont get last gen crap for less than the i5 2500k here in the uk. Prices for i5 760 decent P55 mobo are more expensive than the 2500k and a good P67 mobo now since the prices went through the roof with the P67/H67 recall and still have not went back down yet.

Fanboy more, why don't you? The Phenom II x4-line is amazing, when you put it into context. IE, it was made to compete with C2Quad, not the core-igenerations.
With that in mind, it's amazing.

Yes, exactly. The Phenom IIs that were made way behind of C2Quads to compete with them. Like I said, AMD has been behind for ages. I'm a total Intel fanboi for using Phenom II 940BE for 2 years, and before that I had 1GHz AMD Duron and some Athlon 3200+ CPU (Not sure what was the exact model). Get a clue

Phenom IIs were amazing considering the bang for the buck factor, which has nothing to do with the pure performance that was talked about in here. In that, AMD has been behind for ages, no matter which brand you're a fanboy of.

The only place where I can seem to find what I want is on Overclockers UK.

The only downfall that I can see to find is that the CPU is an Intel Core I5 760 Quad Core, will this be feasible or should I go for 2500k?

Do NOT get the i5-760 if you have even a remote chance of going for the i5-2500k. The difference is that big.
And if it helps, I've, myself, got an i5-760.

I posted you links to Aria and Ebuyer did you look at them? Here is some links to what you need.

    CPU: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Compo...roductId=43216
Mobo: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Compo...roductId=43854 (Or you could save a few quid and get non pro version.)
    Ram: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Compo...roductId=37570
    PSU: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Compo...roductId=43905
    GPU: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Compo...roductId=42170 or http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Compo...roductId=42291
Case is too personal but anything with good passive cooling and space to expand is viable i myself like cooler master cases. HDD you cant go wrong with Samsung Spin point F3 or WD caviar Black and just throw in any old optical drive. Aftermarket cooler like the Hyper 212 will do the job for the easy OC you will get with this chip.

Ebuyer offers similar prices but you may want to compare as they might have a case or GPU you like better. Enjoy

The reason i suggested those GPU's was because for his budget they were best i could find. The 560 Ti or 6950 would have stretched his budget without reason as the 460 and 6850 are more than good enough to do the job.

Oh yes I did look at them but I was planning on buying a PC that has already been built and where I can customise and adjust parts to my liking and as far as I could see neither of those websites offered that service. Please correct me if I am wrong!

I have also found a website where I can configure my setup and they will build it for me so your links didn't go to waste! I've followed your advice and managed to find each of those items you have linked and they are going to build it for me!

Believe me when i say this, You will really struggle to get a decent PC for £700 pre built. Up your budget to £1000 to get anywhere near the specs i listed. Even buying the parts and getting a PC tech at a local store to put it together for you (usually £50) will be better than buying pre built junk.
