    It depends on what "kinda hard to keep a conversation with" exactly means.

    Is she an air-head (absent minded)?
    Is she just stupid?
    Is it a case of slight ADD where her mind bounces topic to topic?

    The first two would probably be a deal breaker, just as smoking is.
    If her mind just jumps topics, then we would just eternally torture each other with randomness. So, that'd be fair.
