My friend whants to transfer his character(ally) to my server and go horde. He is a achivement addict and he is wooried about loosing achivements or being unable to finish his current achivs. so it would be helped if you guys could tell me if its going to be a huge impact on his achiv score ?

only quests are lost during a race/faction change, achivements are kept

All achievment involved with daily quests in AT will be lost.

It's not a very large impact, however I do believe you lose your argent daily achievements. I know I did when I faction changed =(

I honestly think it is hit and miss, but I have also heard the same.

As others have stated, your friend will lose his achievements from Argent Tournament.
