ive never seen a druid heal like this and in real time he was healing ungodly fast i thought he was the only healer and it was by a preists PoV.

Also, that druid is not healing that fast, thats when the Jar of Ancient remedies was bugged and giving a casting bug animation anytime i proced.
I remain calling you idiots however.

I'm at work so I can' watch the full video but there is a trinket like the heart of Ignacious for dps that causes an animation every time an effect hits or ticks. I believe the healer trinket off Maloriak causes this animation and it makes the druid look like their seizuring. Has nothing to do with actual cast times.

It's just a broken trinket proc... whenever it procs it makes you flip out. It works especially fast with resto druids since they keep HoT's rolling all the time. Same thing happened to mine.

Twas the only reason I got the jar in the first place because I enjoyed the spasms I had with it.
Also no need for name calling and other shenanigans.
