I did a quick search but I couldn't find an answer, if I move guilds do I require the guild achievement to be able to make Broiled Dragon Feasts? Or is it, once you've learnt it, you just need the require reputation? I ask because my mate said that the guild I move to will need the achievement for me to make them again :\

Not that I have experience with this, but I can't imagine why you would need guild rep to craft it. I would just assume you don't.

Pretty much what he said. When you buy and learn the recipe you can forever make it without worries.
