I believe it's Gatherer that has the plugin Gatherer_Hud that does that as well.

sorry, just saw i got an actual reply.
gatherer wont fit the bill either considering its age. dev hasnt touched it for over a year.

Gatherer still works, there are people who do their own updated versions of it.
