Warlock Hit Cap

"Hit caps at level 85 are 6% (615 rating) for heroic 5-man bosses and 17% (1742 rating) for raid bosses."

I have 988 hit rating and it says my MISS CHANCE for targets with lvl 88+/skull is 0%! Should i get my hit rating to 1742 even if i have 0% already with only 988 rating?

you need to scroll down from the Melee hit rating part to the spell hit rating part. Problem solved.

Edit: the problem that is solved is finding why you think you are capped, when you are not. You'll still need to hit 17%.
