LF targetting addon

Hello everyone long time reader first time posting.

Pretty much I'm looking for an addon that would generate a focus target based on raid targets. So if I threw up a skull, moon, x and a diamond I would have 4 target frames that I could click on individually and upon death of said target the frame would depopulate. Is there an addon that exists that does this?
