Alot of cases these days dont use screws.... and A+ doesnt mean shit, thats like the lowest cert you can get.

This case did use screws to secure the PCI cards, so your point is invalid.

id prob buy from ibuypower anyways tho XD ALSO id be using only a 19 inch monitor and i play windows mode so not a high resolution
also i apreciate the imput about cyberpower and also the shipping was one of my concerns and i may be able to swing an extra 100 or 200$if i postpone it abit longer XD but keep the feedback comming XD

im interested in the most cost effective method of being able to enjoy games lol and whatever that entails also i have no lcue on what parts go with what , and thats why i would llike someone to assemple one on ibuypower or cyberpower XD

The most bang for the buck yes, but on such a limited budget, I can only see recommending him a 4 core AMD processor.

Do you need a monitor/OS? I built one for like 750 without it that would run Rift just fine.

Don't let one man's experience (albeit poor, I'm sure he got an awful power supply, and the video cards are bound to get bumped out in transit every once and awhile) ruin yours. I completely trust CyberPower for all computer purchases, and they come with a 3 year warranty.

Screw those guys.

I still get bad sticks of RAM from Newegg and BestBuy, and I got two bad HardDrives in a row from TigerDirect. (The first one had a dented outer shell thingey. The other one was missing the magnetic arm thingey.)

I'd never recommend an AMD card for a budget build. The second I see budget, I think "460". For better or for worse.

That's the cheapest computer I feel comfortable recommending.

EDIT: And hardley that. It's such a huge waste of money. I'd save up another two months and get a sandybridge build.

Ran it fine on Ultra with a $700 refurb system from Best Buy. I can't remember if that was before or after the new vid card. $850 if it was after.

thats a decent one from cyberpower but as the 2 ppl who have posted about it form this thread had bad reviews i would consider ibuypower first XD
