What happened on 9/11?

I remember the events quite clearly in my head.

However there are two very nagging question I can't seem to find an answer to. I'm not super into all these conspiracy theories but two things in particular strike me as odd:

-What happened to the Wreckage of the plane that hit the Pentagon? I read somewhere that it scattered into tiny parts because of the way the Pentagon was built. But I'm sceptical.

-Besides the two World Trade Center towers, a 3rd building collapsed right next to them for no obvious reason. It didn't seem to be damaged in any way and yet still it went down shortly after the 2nd building collapsed.
