Warlock and Prot Pally LF heroic raiding guild

Hello,

My friend and I are looking for a new guild to call home. Currently our guild has not done any serious progression since February 9th and has stop raiding completely for almost a month and is on the brink of falling apart, we just don't want to fall behind anymore then we already have. We are horde players and may be willing to faction change for the right guild. We are searching for a three night a week guild, preferably Tues/Wed/Thur between 7pm-12am PST focused on progression and wants to down 13/13, or as much as possible before Fire Lands is released. A fourth night for progression is fine with us, as long as it isn't constant, we both have wives and families. We were part of a 10 man guild, and haven't done any 25 man since Cata, but don't mind either size as long as raids aren't being canceled frequently. Sitting on the bench is not something we are looking to do, we are raiders and are looking for core spots. Currently we are 1/13, this is because our guild gave up on progression back in early February due to the loss of a few key members and at that time we ranked #2 on our server and in the top 1800 in the world. Both of us have been raiding since vanilla, and are serious raiders. Details and logs will be included in our application.

Our raid times are perfect would really like the oppotunity to talk with you in vent, and see about adding you to our roster. We are 11/12 in p3 on Nef. We raid two days a week, might add a 3rd as we move into heroics. However, we like the 2 day a week because like you most of us have wives and kids. Who we are:

Reign in Power is a 10-man only Raiding Guild who cannot or do not want to commit to the time-intensive raid schedule of traditional "hardcore" guilds. If you want to kill end game content while not making WoW your second job, then we might be what you are looking for. The core of Reign in Power has raided together since Everquest and moved to World of Warcraft for launch. That being said the guild has very strong leadership and people that want to get the job done.

We formed this guild to take advantage of the "casual friendly" changes that were brought on during Wrath and even more improvements as we flow into Cata. We want gamers that want to log in for a raid not feel burden to log in for the 5th night raid like there job.

Raid Times

That is just 8 hours a week. We will run a very tight roster ranging from 10 to 12 people for raid members with the expectation that our members achieve near 100% attendance.

What We Expect

You are aware of your surroundings and know when to get out of void zones, cleaves, swipes and proper placements on fights.
You understand that some fights are not just a dps race working as a team and killing the boss is more important that you living on the edge.
You understand the advantages of a Council-based loot system.

Power Word Awesome is the longest tenured raiding guild on maiev dating back to the inception of the server.Currently 4/13 in progression.

PWA is looking to shore up our 25 man roster, these are not bench spots, we are currently looking for:
Holy Priest
Prot Paladin
ANY DPS SPEC/CLASS (any real spec, no BM hunters or Sub rogues) We have 2-3 raid DPS spots open.

Stuff we expect from a raider:
-Show up to raids on-time and consistently. This is extremely important.
-Don’t suck. Don’t stand in fire, don’t tunnel vision, dispel, max your deeps, max your heals, know your class, and know fights. We don't want to teach you your class.
-Don't have a bad attitude. Raids are supposed to be fun!
