hi i counldn t find clear answers so :

1.is it any dps lost casting lightning bolt with 4 stack Maelstrom Weapon or its beter wait for 5?
2.is it best to cast 5 stack Maelstrom Weapon lightning bolt before storm strike or its beter to wait for storm strike buff?
3.is it better to cast Unleash Elements off cd or to wait for flame shock dot is under 8 sec?
