How do Horde get into Gnomer?

My level 80 engineer wanted to pick up the Lil' Smokey schematic. The problem is he's horde and I have no idea how to get into Gnomer now. Anyone have any insight how you do this?

There was a quest in Orgrimmar that sends you to Booty Bay where you can teleport to Gnomeregan. That was prior patch 4.0.3a. Right now I don't know how it is but I assume the quest is removed and you should be able to teleport to Gnomeregan from Booty Bay without that quest. If not, then your only option is to run all the way there :/

There is no teleporter. You have to die your way through the immortal lvl 90 guards.

When that was written, the porter hadn't been moved to Grim'gol yet.

It got added later in 4.0.6 and that was good news indeed.
