This. It is #3 BiS for a Shadow Priest. DMC: Volcano and Theralion's Mirror are number 1 and 2, respectively.

I don't know if 'by a long shot' is accurate here, esp. depending on which list you look at and their way of valuing the proc of Bell vs the static Stone stats. Different sim/fight durations have quite an effect on the value of procs.

Personally, I pefer the static stats of the Stone over Bell. Luckily, I've gotten 2 Mirrors for my Priests in the last week and don't have to worry about trinkets until 4.2.
