Lag in Tampa Bay Area after restart

anyone else having issues with lag? normally i sit around 70-80ms...and now im at 500, spike to 900, and sometimes hit 2700. a chat with brighthouse says modem is great, connection is great..so must be server side. im not entirely convinced.

I actually work for bright house in the tampa bay area. The equipment is fine, but there are some issues on blizz's side. Go to start on your comp, select run, and type in cmd then click ok. A dos window will open. In the dos window type tracert then the ip address for your server. You can find the list on wowwiki . You will see large lag spikes as you get closer to the blizz servers.
