It's horrible because I have no idea what I'm doing lol...and did I mention how tired I am?
if you need any help at all just ask in computer forum... we will sort you out
Are you reinstalling the OS, or cloning it over?
If you clone it, make sure you have trim enabled on the SSD once you get it up and running.
So I asked on reddit and didn't get an answer...Is the beta weekend for everyone? Or just for people who pre-ordered? I missed the last couple beta weekends due to moving across country. And if it's for everyone...where do I get the client? Or do I have to wait until tomorrow to download it? I've looked around the GW2 blog and site, didn't see it, but I might just be blind. I've signed up for betas, though they haven't sent me any emails.
I'm trying a 2nd way right now with this program I downloaded that's suppose to do everything for me, and all I have to do is change the boot sequence I guess...We'll see...
Nothing to see here.

My C drive is my SSD and my D drive is my HDD. I have my GW2 files stored in my d drive. Can't I still get faster downloads just because of the fact that I have a SSD?
is there another solution to "make GW2 run faster if you set the priority in your taskmanager on high"? The last time I tried this (last week) the system became unstable and I had to reinstall my system![]()
I have a really weird concern that bothers me more than it should. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the double-tap dodge thing to a single key? After playing Tera, I usually had dodge set to my tab key and this worked great for me. When I needed to get away fast, I could tap the button and be a several feet from harm's way.
It's bothered me a lot that GW2's dodging, which is quite time-specific down to the second and absolutely necessary to avoid death sometimes, has to have the key hit twice. It seems quite clunky in my opinion and bothered me a lot, even before I played Tera. I never really liked double-tapping keys in general though. It always bothered me that GW1's auto-run had to be done through tapping forward twice instead of being able to just hit num lock.
Anyway, sorry for complaining, but does anyone know if this can be changed to tapping a single key instead of double tapping left or right or whatever? Thanks. <3
