Congrats indeed. I don't think you'll regret it. Guild Wars 2 is very casual in the ways you can just pick-up-and-play, but is different from traditional casual games in the range and amount of content that it offers.

FINALLY remembered to play keg brawl this stress test. I was just as I hoped, the best thing ever. I probably wouldn't of left the battlegrounds if anet didn't send those message to stress specific areas. So thanks to them for that

The new blues/teals on Sylvari are really pretty. A lot of their colors seemed so dull before, and there was like one blue option that wasn't actually black or brownish purple.

I was pleasantly surprised when I made a sylvari last stress test (not today's) how colourful they can be. Also the fact they glow in the dark is awesome :3

Seems like it's ranged burning attack, possibly AoE, and it's active ability is some sort of a charge.

Ok i cant be the only person that noticed the CGI at the end of that Gamescom booth tour Martin was giving... Someone else has to think thats the GW2 trailer.

huh, yes it does now. That really sucks...

To give a summary:

Norn warrior is on a bridge and two Grawl attack her. She summons the wolf, who then summons two baby wolves which fling themselves (Broodmother style) at one Grawl. They explode themselves (RIP Broodlings) in this aoe that causes burning. One Grawl dies, and the other flees. The wolf then uses some sort of a charge ability, which kills the fleeing Grawl (similar to the Flesh Golem thing).

Then the Rytlock mini is just a tiny Rytlock, with Eir standing over him like a giant, and you see the Shatterer flying around.

I was FINALLY settled on making my main a Great Sword warrior, and then... I tried Great Sword Guardian... why.. now I'm torn again. :<

Unless there is a massive redesign of the greatsword warrior, guardian is the best bet.

I enjoyed what little of warrior I did play, I did feel a little underwhelmed today with it, then I played Guardian, and.. yeah...

Noticed couple of other additions, Hide shoulders and check boxes on helm/shoulders rather than right click hide xxx PVP Storage now has all Cultural gear slots They also added Disconnect if inactive, not sure of timer, but i wasn't afk for 20 mins that's for sure.
