Think that would be a bit too quick, they need time to set things up and if necessary, bring in an extra server or so if there are more people than expected. But like Doozerjun said, the week after is more likely.

Will people who don't pre-order get into that beta event too?

Only those who pre-purchase are garantueed to be in it, if you pre-order or don't pre-order/pre-purchase, you won't get in unless you are chosen if you signed up for the beta during the 2-day time window some weeks ago.

I don't think pre-orders give access to the weekend beta(s), only pre-purchase. As for if they send out invites to those who didn't pre-purchase I'd wager its a slim chance, depending on if they meet their goal/expectation for the amount via pre-purchase.

No, basically you have to Pre-purchase to get guaranteed entry into future Beta Weekends. However if you signed up for Beta, you have a 'chance' to get selected if they so choose to add more people who have not pre-purchased.

Pre-order you get 1 day headstart only(prior to the relase day).

No it just means you cant buy a copy in the us and install it in the eu and the other way around, you can still play together

To play from North America you must purchase a North American copy of the game. To play from Europe you must purchase a European copy of the game. Note that this restriction impacts where you can play from, not which game worlds you can choose to play on.

Not exactly, the from is what is confusing. I read it as if you want to play from north america you have to buy the NA game and if you want to play from EU you get the EU game. I assumed the worlds thing was region specific.
